Cheers to no more binging!

I am 22 years 5 foot 4 inches and weight 122 I hope to cut down to 110 I am in great physical shape could run forever but for how active I am I really should weigh less. I am a binger and would really like to get enough self control and motivation to stop that nasty habit that is making me sick and have stubbern weight and fat to lug around.

So I am going on vacation with my boyfriend and my family in the beginning of July which is sneaking right up. I have been working out like crazy but I have also just been eating like crap. I need to clean up my eating and get my beach body ready. Looking start logging my meals in my fitness pal and cutting out most sweets.

train like an olympian | do each exercise intensely for 30 seconds. move onto each move with little or no recovery time in between. once you’ve completed all the moves (4 minutes total) take a 60-90 second break and repeat set 2 to 3 more times.
